Rambo von Regen is a wonderful 5 year old sable German Shepherd. Westside rescued this handsome guy just in time; he was suffering from starvation and weighed only 47 pounds. In a few weeks' time, love and lots of food boosted Rambo to 67 pounds; he is well on his way to becoming a beefcake. This romeo loves everyone he meets. When you reach out to pet him, he takes the opportunity to lick your hand. When you offer him a treat, he sits and gently takes it from you. Big as he is, Rambo does not pull when you walk him on leash and he does well in doggie playgroups, though he prefers to be with you and just watch his canine buddies. This boy wants to be with his family, whether hanging out at home or waiting patiently in your car while you do your holiday shopping. He will do best with an experienced shepherd owner willing to teach him manners; he promises to be quick learner (he is a shepherd, after all :-)
